At TINK, we believe that food should be simple and of high quality.

That's why we only use carefully selected ingredients:

• eggs: from our free-range chickens from the Pr' Bradač family farm - the most natural breeding in Slovenia

• chicken: exclusively of Slovenian origin (Perutnina Ptuj or Pivka)

• Greek yogurt: from the Slovenian farm Flis

• extra virgin olive oil: the only fat we use in baking

• cast iron pans: preserve the authenticity of the taste

• vegetables: in the summer from our own garden

• coffee: Slovenian roasters Coronini

• bread: sourdough bread from the local bakery Brot

We DO NOT use:

• refined oils

• industrial sugar

• artificial additives

We work primarily with local suppliers who share our values.

Each dish is prepared with health, taste, and origin in mind.
